About Me

I grew up on a small farm, which taught me responsibilities and a lot of life lessons. After high school, I traveled across America and lived in the South Pacific seeking adventure and photographing everything I encountered along the way. This was truly the origin of my photography obsession.

Throughout life, I have been lucky enough to meet certain individuals who opened my eyes to the world of art combined with photography. These lifelong friendships have altered my path in more ways than I could have ever imagined. What started by chance early on has turned into the perfect creative outlet for me. I have always known this would be a career for me.

I found myself in a career in the insurance world that has lasted more than 17 years, which requires me to document things in detail on a daily basis. My work photos are not what I’m passionate about; However, my experience and knowledge behind a camera continues to be invaluable when providing portraits to the clients I serve. I still enjoy traveling and making new friends along the way.
